About Us
Ava Group Limited was established in September 2016 by Owner-Operator Afakasi Sione and specialises in the supply and installation of fire doors and associated hardware.
Ava Group maintains full control over the quality and compliance of its work by performing all installations in-house — no subcontractors are used.
Every installation is personally inspected and signed off by Afakasi, ensuring consistency with both NZS 4520 standards and project-specific requirements.
With over 25 years of experience in New Zealand and the United Kingdom in commercial projects, Afakasi has held key roles including Project Manager, Site Foreman and Carpentry.
This extensive experience on a commercial scale provides Ava Group with a strong foundation in the supply and installation of fire doors and associated hardware.
Ava Group is a referred supplier and installer for Pacific Fire Doors and is recognised by Auckland Council as an Authorised Producer Statement Author.
